Pregnancy & Partner Pregnancy Deferral Policy – Scilly60 Events

Scilly60 Events recognises that pregnancy is an important and often unexpected life event. We aim to treat all participants fairly and compassionately.

Eligibility

This policy applies where:

• The registered participant becomes pregnant, or

• The registered participant’s partner becomes pregnant and the participant is unable to take part as a result.

Deferral or Refund Options

Eligible participants may choose one of the following options:

• A deferral to a future Scilly60 event for up to three (3) years, or

• A full refund of their entry fee.

The choice of deferral or refund must be made at the time of request.

Deferral Terms

• Deferrals may be used for any Scilly60 event within three years of the original event date.

• Deferrals are subject to availability and normal entry capacity.

• A deferral may only be issued once under this policy.

Refund Terms

• Refunds apply to the event entry fee only.

• Any optional extras, merchandise, booking fees or third-party charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Evidence

Scilly60 Events reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of pregnancy in order to apply this policy.

How to Apply

Requests must be submitted by the registered participant by emailling the Scilly60 Events team a minimum of 1 month before the event date and clearly stating whether a deferral or refund is being requested. Hello@scilly60.co.uk

Important Notes

• This policy applies only to pregnancy affecting the participant or their partner.

• This policy is not transferable to another participant.

• Once a refund has been issued, the entry is cancelled and cannot later be deferred.
