Scilly60 Events – Deferral & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Scilly60 Event entries.

Deferrals

• From 22 March 2026, deferrals will no longer be offered.

• Any deferral requests submitted on or after 22 March 2026 will be declined.

Refunds

• To be eligible for a refund, participants must submit their request at least three (3) months before their chosen event date.

• If a participant withdraws or drops out with less than three (3) months to go before the event, no refund will be issued.

Transfers

• Participants may not transfer their entry to another person.

• Entries are strictly personal to the registered participant and cannot be sold, gifted, or passed to a friend or third party.

Administration Fee

• All approved refunds and any deferrals (where applicable prior to 22 March 2026) are subject to a £15 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refund or charged at the point of processing.

Important Notes

• Refund and deferral requests must be made by the registered participant.

• The three-month cut-off is calculated from the official event date.

• No exceptions will be made for late refund requests unless covered by a separate published policy (for example, pregnancy policies where applicable).
